This role requires communication, PM leadership, and Agile expertise to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.What you will do:* Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, managing scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and budgets.* Own the full project management life cycle and ensure visibility of deliverables, milestones, and roadmaps.* Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, driving alignment and resolving blockers.* Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as planning, refinement, sprints, demos, and retros, ensuring clear definitions of done.* Provide weekly status updates, financial updates, and executive-level communication.* Manage escalations effectively and lead meetings with business and technical teams.* Apply PM best practices and Agile principles to maintain team performance and client satisfaction.What we are looking for:* 10+ years managing full lifecycle projects using modern Agile methodologies.* 8+ years leading budgets, risks, issues, and multi-team delivery.* 5+ years facilitating Scrum ceremonies and backlog refinement.* 5+ years driving delivery within consulting or professional services.* Experience leading cloud transformation initiatives such as Azure, AWS, migrations, DevOps, and app modernization.* Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and ability to operate in ambiguity.* Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, GitHub, and strong organizational and analytical skills.Job benefits:Be part of an AI-First CompanyCompensation according to experience/skills.Experience working with distributed or remote teams.Flexible schedule.Training and mentorship with ongoing learning and development courses.Learn and grow in an enjoyable environment.
