We make the future work for everyone.Currently we are seeking an experience professional for the role - Senior Project Manager / Finance Operations/Role summary: This role will be responsible for coordinating functional resources, ensuring alignment with global processes, and driving execution of all Wave-specific project activities in line with the integrated project plan.Responsibilities:Drive identification and mobilization of local functional project resources.Coordinate backfill planning for functional operations, if requiredSupport preparation and updates to the Integrated Project Plan.Ensure participation and coordination of project meetings within the governance framework.Oversee execution of all Wave-specific activities in alignment with the plan.Work closely with PMO, Wave Business Leaders, IT Lead, and other key project resources.Collaborate with management and Tower Leads to ensure SSC readiness.Requirements:Proven experience in project or program management within a functional or shared services environment.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Familiarity with global process design and transformation initiatives.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.Experience with knowledge transfer and operational readiness planning is a plus.The company offers:23 days paid vacationMultisport CardAdditional health insuranceFood vouchers per monthYear-end bonusExcellent development opportunitiesAccess to various learning & training platformsIf you find yourself in the description above and you would like to become part of our international team don't hesitate to apply today.We look forward to receiving your CV in English.Only short-listed candidates will be contacted.
