Senior Project Manager – Onsite in Los Angeles, CAClient is looking for a Senior Project Manager who can take full ownership of complex, high-visibility IT initiatives that impact millions of users. If you thrive in environments where you’re guiding strategy, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering enterprise-level solutions, this role will keep you engaged from day one.What you’ll own You’ll lead large-scale technology projects from concept through delivery. That includes defining scope and requirements, building project plans, coordinating internal and external teams, managing risks, and keeping leadership aligned and informed. You’ll also drive quality assurance, oversee change management, and ensure all training, documentation, and compliance elements are fully met.What this really means You’re the person steering the entire effort. You’ll partner with senior leaders, navigate a multi-department environment, and bring structure and clarity to initiatives that touch data, systems integration, cloud environments, and enterprise workflows. When issues come up, you know how to troubleshoot, solve problems quickly, and keep work moving.What they’re looking for A PM who brings:At least seven years of broad and progressively responsible project management experienceFour years leading large or complex IT projects as the senior PMA track record managing projects that involve data sharing, interoperability, or multi-agency coordinationExperience applying Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban across cross-functional teamsKnowledge of system integration, cloud-based data environments, data governance, and quality assuranceStrong communication skills, especially with executives and technical stakeholdersHands-on experience with Jira for tracking and dashboards, and Confluence for documentationA current PMP certification (required)Who will thrive here Someone who can balance structure with flexibility, lead with clarity, and is comfortable navigating complex organizations.
