As part of their continued growth, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of upcoming 5-star hotel projects across the Kingdom.This is an exceptional opportunity to play a key leadership role in managing the full project lifecycle of luxury hospitality developments, working closely with international operators, design consultants, and local stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.What We’re Looking For:12+ years of experience in large-scale construction, with a strong track record in high-end hospitality or mixed-use projectsDegree in Civil Engineering, or Construction ManagementPrior experience with a Tier 1 PMC or client-side consultancyExperience in post contract deliveryProven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through design, construction, and handover stagesGCC experience is essential, with preference for those who have delivered projects in Saudi Arabia or the UAEWhy Join?Join a highly respected consultancy at the forefront of Saudi Arabia’s transformation.
