Date: Nov 12, 2025Location:US, Virtual, NOAMStart your journey with BCD: Grow, connect, collaborate and celebrate with our global teamSenior Project Manager I, IPCM (Remote)Full time, United StatesThe CSS IPCM Senior Project Manager is responsible for delivering different types of projects or programs involving (but not limited to) customer implementations and changes as well as agency projects, internal product implementations, and core business process changes.The Senior Project Manager is responsible for delivering projects or programs with a medium to high complexity, which is measured by the scale and scope of the request. Complexity can be the number of countries or the complexity of the customer or product. Complexity is determined by the IPCM Management team when assigning the request based on the information gathered from the vetting.As a Senior Project Manager I, IPCM, you willPlan projects according to the defined scopeLeverage regional and local resources and resources from the different departments and functions to support projectsBe accountable for local, regional, and global project coordination with a broad scope of multi-national countriesBe in control of the utilization of established and proven project management methodology, tools and processes (PMP, OPPM, Prince2, Six Sigma) to scope, plan, analyze, initiate, execute, monitor, and control projectsFacilitate effective and constant communication with all project participants (internal/external)Facilitate and drive decision-making and escalation concerning the projects assignedAbout YouPrevious travel industry experiencePrior experience in a qualified project management role and with project management softwareProven success in leading medium-complexity projects in travel management operationsAbility to facilitate and resolve risks, issues, and showstoppersAdvanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPointMust have good communication skills (written and oral) in EnglishAbout UsWe’re a market leader in travel management: We help people and companies travel smart and achieve more, and our clients include some of the world’s best-known and most innovative business and consumer brands. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Senior Project Manager I, IPCM is between $78,000 and $98,000.
