Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (Civil Engineer) to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams while ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.About the RoleThe Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.ResponsibilitiesLead, coordinate, and supervise all project activities from design review to handover.Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.Ensure project delivery within scope, cost, and schedule constraints.Oversee site execution and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and contractual standards.Manage subcontractors, consultants, and client communications.Conduct regular project progress meetings and issue status reports.Review and approve technical submittals, shop drawings, and material selections.Monitor and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and control.Coordinate with the commercial and procurement teams for project requirements.Foster collaboration between engineering, procurement, and execution teams.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in civil engineering (master’s degree is a must).Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, including 5 years in a project management role.Proven experience in building projects within KSA or the GCC region.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Excellent command of project management tools and MS Office applications.PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.Arabic is a must.
