ResponsibilitiesKforce has a client seeking a onsite Senior Project Manager to join their team in Sandy Springs, GA. Responsibilities: Prioritize and manage multiple high-priority IT projects with competing deadlines, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery and alignment with stakeholders The Senior Project Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including VPs, SVPs, and senior leadership, to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities Lead project teams in a flexible, fast-paced, and evolving environment, adapting to changing priorities and ambiguity Drive project deliverables, timelines, and quality while fostering collaboration and communication across departments As a Senior Project Manager, you will support and implement Agile methodologies within a blended environment, ensuring flexibility with sprints and structure Facilitate project meetings, including status updates, risk assessments, and resolution of issuesRequirements A true problem-solver, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of personalities Comfortable in a fluid environment, with experience in a less-structured setting Patient and resilient, with the ability to keep projects moving forward despite challenges A strong communicator with the ability to influence without authorityThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
