You’ll work with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, analysts, and client stakeholders to deliver impactful digital and data-driven solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects - from initiation and planning to release and post-delivery supportManage project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring on-time and on-quality deliveryCoordinate distributed teams across multiple time zones and contexts, switching smoothly between different client projects and prioritiesFacilitate communication between internal teams and client stakeholders, maintaining transparency and trustIdentify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive issue resolutionPrepare and maintain project documentation: project plans, status reports, and change requestsDrive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery cadence in Agile or hybrid environmentsSupport pre-sales and discovery activities by defining scope, estimating effort, and preparing proposals.Qualifications:3+ years of experience managing IT or software delivery projects in the IT services or consulting environmentProven experience leading complex, multi-stream, or cross-functional projectsStrong understanding of Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to balance multiple priorities and switch contexts efficientlyExperience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similarSolid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and cloud-based architecturesStrong analytical and organizational skills, with a detail-oriented mindsetUpper-intermediate or higher English proficiencyAvailable for business trips outside of Ukraine.Nice to Have:PMP / PMI-ACP / CSM / SAFe certificationExperience managing projects in cloud, platform modernization domainsBackground in pre-sales support, contract/SOW management, or finance.We offer*:Flexible working format - remote, office-based or flexibleA competitive salary and good compensation packagePersonalized career growthProfessional development tools (mentorship program, tech talks and trainings, centers of excellence, and more)Active tech communities with regular knowledge sharingEducation reimbursementMemorable anniversary presentsCorporate events and team buildingsOther location-specific benefitsnot applicable for freelancers
