Role ContextThe position is part of a large-scale digital documentation and information management program. The overall objective is to deliver a standardized documentation solution to a broad user base across multiple internal domains and stakeholder groups. The role operates within a complex project landscape, coordinating activities across several subprojects and interdisciplinary teams.2. ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:Project Coordination & LeadershipLead, coordinate, and manage designated subprojects with a focus on documentation and information management solutions.Develop detailed project plans and maintain project structures in MS Project, MS SharePoint, and Atlassian Jira.Oversee project timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and budget across assigned subprojects.Maintain transparent and proactive stakeholder management, including resolving goal conflicts and aligning interests across teams.Governance, Controlling & ReportingConduct project controlling with respect to deadlines, requirements, deliverables, and resource utilization.Manage change requests, configuration items, risk assessments, and issue resolutions.Prepare project-related documentation, steering materials, specifications, and guideline documents.Present updates in steering committees and ensure clear, structured reporting to decision-making bodies.Operational & Administrative ActivitiesCoordinate and organize meetings, workshops, and governance sessions.Support quality assurance activities, including ensuring compliance with project standards and methods.Manage onboarding/offboarding procedures and maintain project lists and documentation.Provide support to overall project leadership in special topics and cross-functional initiatives.Cross-Team CollaborationWork closely with internal and external development teams, business units, architects, and stakeholders across multiple locations.Foster seamless communication and ensure alignment within the wider program environment.3.
