This role is crucial in ensuring that strategic objectives are met on time, within scope, and with the highest quality outcomes.As a Senior Project Manager of Advance Marketing Technology Solution e.g., Twilio Segment CDP, Braze, Mixpanel, etc. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including solution consultants, technical specialists, client stakeholders, and leadership and play a key role in project planning, execution, risk management, and client communication to ensure smooth project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Delivery: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders; develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations for seamless execution.Team & Stakeholder Coordination: Lead internal and external teams across multiple disciplines, ensuring alignment, accountability, and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagements, ensuring a high level of satisfaction through regular updates, milestone reviews, and proactive issue resolution.Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks and roadblocks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure issues are addressed promptly to keep projects on track.Quality & Performance Monitoring: Ensure deliverables meet expectations in terms of quality and value; track KPIs, provide performance insights, and initiate process improvements as needed.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with consultants and technical teams to translate business goals into executable plans; ensure solution delivery is aligned with strategic business objectives.Knowledge Sharing & Process Optimization: Promote project management best practices, documentation standards, and knowledge sharing across teams to improve efficiency and scalability.Required Qualifications:Educational Background:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field; PMP, Scrum, or Agile certification preferred.Professional Experience:5+ years of project management experience in a consulting or digital transformation environment, ideally within marketing technology or data-driven projects.Proven track record managing large-scale implementations involving platforms such as Salesforce Data Cloud, Segment CDP, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe AEM, etc.Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing diverse stakeholders across technical and non-technical backgrounds.Skills and Competencies:Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project).Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Solid grasp of marketing technology concepts including CDPs, automation platforms, data pipelines, and analytics.Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project scope effectively.Preferred Soft Skills & Characteristics:Strategic thinker with a strong focus on outcomes and value delivery.Adept at motivating and guiding teams, with a collaborative and problem-solving mindset.Confident decision-maker with a proactive approach to risk and change management.Empathetic leadership style that promotes team engagement, self-learning, and growth.Passion for continuous improvement and staying ahead in marketing technology trends.
