Senior Project Manager

Penta Consulting are a technology service provider and leading outsourced partner helping to deliver professional and managed solutions across EMEA.We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high‑impact projects across transactional and subscription models. This role requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to deliver customer business outcomes on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage projects to deliver measurable customer business outcomesProvide leadership, holding customers and project teams accountable for successDrive overall project planning and executionAlign vision, strategy, and business objectives for end‑to‑end implementationTrack project metrics, financials, and profitabilityIdentify opportunities for additional business and support presales/renewalsDevelop risk response strategies and manage issues proactivelyLead contract Change Management processesManage partner delivery and commercials when 3rd‑party resources are engagedShare lessons learned, best practices, and contribute to the PM communityRole Specific ResponsibilitiesImplement project structures and processes to ensure timely, high‑quality outcomesEnsure scope and Change Management are maintained throughout project lifecycleProvide clear stakeholder status reportingOversee risk, issue, and communications managementMentor junior Project ManagersLead or participate in internal strategic and process improvement initiativesExpertise & RequirementsUniversity degree or equivalent plus 10+ years’ experience in project managementBackground in IT/Telco industry preferredTelco vendor experience is a strong advantageLanguage requirements: English and ArabicPMP certification is a plus
