Professional Galaxy is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale manufacturing investment and industrialization projects for a global industrial organization. This is a key role where you will take full responsibility for driving projects through all phases — from pre-study and RFQ to procurement, FAT/SAT, process validation, and handover to the production line organization.The role requires strong leadership, structure, and the ability to drive results through cross-functional collaboration. You will join during a crucial phase to establish and launch a new investment project, ensuring alignment between technical, commercial, and operational stakeholders.Please note that this position is intended for candidates who share a mutual ambition to transition into permanent employment after an initial contracting period!Key responsibilities:Lead manufacturing investment and industrialization projects through all stages of executionManage project planning, budgeting, risk, and resource allocationCoordinate and align with engineering, production, procurement, and quality teamsDrive supplier selection, contract setup, and commercial negotiationsOversee FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test), and process validation activitiesEnsure smooth project handover to the production line organizationQualifications and experience:Proven experience managing manufacturing or industrialization projects, preferably related to high-precision CNC machinery, milling, turning, or drillingExcellent planning, organizational, and communication skillsStrong understanding of commercial project management (supplier management, contract setup, negotiations)Experience working with SAP or equivalent ERP systems is an advantageDemonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver complex projects on time and within budgetYour Profile:Results-driven and structured leader with strong analytical abilityExcellent communicator with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsPragmatic, proactive, and able to navigate complex technical and organizational environmentsCollaborative mindset and ability to build trust across functionsDuration: 01 Dec 202530- Nov 2026Location: VästeråsPlease submit your application and CV in English!Application Deadline: 16th November 2025Please note: We do not accept any applications through email.
