Senior Project Manager — Complex Data MigrationOverviewFor a client in the manufacturing industry we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a critical, high‑profile complex data migration within the PLM landscape. The role owns the data‑migration workstream end‑to‑end, aligning business and IT stakeholders across multiple divisions and ensuring on‑time delivery under hard deadlines. The project runs within a strong program organization with adjacent project leads.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and lead an enterprise‑scale data migration program, including strategy, scope, milestones, dependency management, and cutover.Drive alignment across business and IT, securing decisions and approvals from senior stakeholders across multiple divisions.Establish and run robust governance: risk, issue, change control, RAID, and steering‑level reporting.Coordinate closely with adjacent project leads and the program organization to ensure integrated delivery.Build and maintain an executable schedule in MS Project; track progress against critical path; deliver fact‑based status reporting.Required Experience8+ years of project management leading complex, multi‑stakeholder technology projects.5+ years leading enterprise data migrations (structured/unstructured), including cutover planning and execution.3+ years with PLM platforms (e.g., 3DEXPERIENCE, or similar PLM), including data model understanding and migration constraints.Demonstrable experience with systems migration/integration in enterprise environments.Proven stakeholder management from C‑level to technical specialists, with clear, confident communication across business and IT.Advanced user of Microsoft Project; strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).Fluent English; Danish is a plus.Nice to HaveEnd‑to‑end delivery of PLM data migration programs (incl. legacy harmonization, cleansing, validation, reconciliation).Experience in the manufacturing domain (engineering/PLM processes, BOMs, configurations).Tools & TechnologiesMS Project, Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)PLM (e.g., 3DEXPERIENCE or similar)
