Senior Project Manager

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing ERP projects from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.ResponsibilitiesDirect and oversee completion of the construction projectsDevelop plan of action including schedule, resources and work planAssess risks and establish contingency plansManage work and inputs from variety of stakeholdersAccountable for the effective and successful execution of various ERP projectsManagement of the plan, budget, identify the scope and deliverables of the project, document the times lines, manage and engage the necessary resources and stakeholders to ensure that deliverables are met on time and within budget.Lead and manage high risk and complex cross functional projects (including new customerCoach, guide and support Project Managers and Business Leaders across the business on project management best practicesQualificationsBachelor's degreeProject Management qualification (PMP) or equivalent5-10 years’ experience in Project ManagementERP project experience requiredExperience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change managementProficient in project management software toolsAdvanced time management and analytical skillsDemonstrated ability to deliver a completed projectStrong communication skillsExperience working with a team
