Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to lead and deliver complex, large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution, driving stakeholder alignment, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards.Responsibilities:Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects while ensuring alignment with organisational goals.Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure successful delivery.Facilitate communication across internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring consistent project updates and expectations management.Drive decision-making and resolve project-related issues proactively to avoid delays or cost overruns.Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, reports, and dashboards.Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and mitigate project risks.Oversee vendor relationships and third-party dependencies, where required.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory).10+ years of experience managing IT and software development projects with proven success in delivering complex initiatives.Mandatory project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master, PMI-ACP).Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT project frameworks.Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.Arabic proficiency is an added advantage.
