If that’s you — read on.Your mission: Drive change 🎯We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to help us organize and efficiently drive product and service work within the team.How You’ll Shape Success 🏆Manage product development within the teamImprove development processesCommunicate closely with teams: developers, analysts, DevOps, QA, and othersWork with technical leads to define requirements and assign tasksTrack deadlines and ensure quality deliveryManage the backlog and set task prioritiesRun projects and processes in JiraWhat Makes You The Perfect Fit 🤝Experience in IT project managementKnowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies, and understanding of DevOps and ITIL principlesConfident use of Jira and Confluence{}Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across teamsAbility to lead meetings, facilitate discussions, and turn agreements into clear tasksQuick to grasp new technologies, products, and toolsAble to understand technical discussions and speak the same language as engineersIt’ll also be an advantage if:General understanding of trading and technical analysisBroad knowledge of the IT field and a genuine interest in technology You have experience with finance and trading, or knowledge of the industry.
