About The JobBased in The Hague (Netherlands), or in Brussels (Belgium) you will join the NCI Agency as a Senior Project Manager (G17), leading the full lifecycle of medium-to-complex projects with direct business impact and firm deadlines. Senior Project Managers in the NCI Agency deliver a wide range of projects across multiple business areas, including: Air Command and Control systems supporting NATO’s Integrated Air and Missile Defence (AirC2 Centre). Joint Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance capabilities (JISR) that ensure situational awareness across NATO operations.

NATO Business Applications Centre (NBAC), delivering end-to-end business applications solutions and services to the alliance, to enable it's mission. Regardless of business area, you will: Lead projects from initiation to closure, applying recognised methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). Manage budgets, schedules, risks, quality assurance and change control. Provide strong leadership to cross-functional, international project teams. Oversee contract management, ensuring delivery against KPIs and compliance standards. Engage with stakeholders across NATO and national bodies, ensuring open communication, progress reporting, and informed decision-making. About YouYou bring: A university degree in a relevant discipline, or 10+ years of progressive experience in project management.

At least 3 years’ recent experience managing acquisition and/or development projects for a large organisation. Strong capability in project lifecycle management, cost/schedule/resource control, and risk/change management. Recognised PM certification (e. g. PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, Scrum Master). Experience with project management tools. Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders in an international environment. Fluency in English (written and spoken). Desirable Experience delivering projects in C4ISR, AirC2, or Business Applications domains. Familiarity with NATO processes or other international organisations. Additional certifications (e. g. ITIL, Agile, Cloud vendor qualifications).
