ACG Systems is seeking a highly capable and experienced Senior Project / Program Manager to lead the execution of high visibility, federally funded programs. This role demands a strategic leader with deep experience in managing complex, multiple site technology deployments, federal contracting compliance, and subcontractor oversight. The candidate will be responsible for delivering multiple concurrent projects / programs, ensuring all contractual, technical, and operational requirements are met on time, within scope, and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Lead and own the full lifecycle (end-to-end delivery) of federally funded programs by directing teams across engineering, logistics, compliance, and subcontractor operations.Develop and maintain core project documentation such as Project Management Plan (PMP), Master Project Schedule (IMS), Risk Register, Quality Assurance Plan, etc. Facilitate formal program reviews, kickoff meetings, recurring status reports / meetings, design reviews, etc. with internal and external stakeholders. Oversee both internal teams and subcontractor performance, ensuring timely deliveries of project tasks such as site surveys, system designs, and installation planning, and documentation. Enforce Quality Control standards and lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning for any quality deviations. Track billing milestones and payment terms to ensure timely invoicing and alignment with contract. Capture all financial data and provide financial reporting to company leadership at project closeout, including profit and loss (P&L) analysis for continuous improvement. Required Experience and Skills:10+ years of experience in program/project management, with at least 5 years in federal infrastructure or communications projects. Proven success managing large multi-site projects with strong understanding of government contract practices and regulations (FAR/HSAR).Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.Strong organizational, time management, team leadership, and verbal and written communication skills.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project). Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferredMinimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.Location:ACG Systems Headquarters is located in Annapolis, MD. Hybrid / Remote positions available. Compensation:Compensation is negotiable and highly competitive, contingent upon candidate’s relevant skills.
