Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Technical Lead. The Technical Lead will oversee the technical aspects of development projects, provide guidance to engineering teams, and ensure successful project execution within timelines and budget constraints. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing best practices, troubleshooting technical issues, and staying updated on industry trends to integrate innovative solutions into projects effectively. Qualifications Proficiency in Software Development, Programming Languages, and System DesignExperience in Project Management and Leadership, including mentoring and guiding technical teamsKnowledge in Database Management, System Architecture, and Cloud SolutionsStrong Problem-Solving, Communication, and Collaboration skillsExperience with Agile and DevOps methodologies is a plusFamiliarity with the real estate industry is an advantageBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
