The role involves working closely with clients to ensure effective mental health care delivery and contributing to SehatYab's mission of improving psychological well-being.QualificationsAt least 10+ years of professional experienceExpertise in Psychology and Mental Health, including proficiency in therapeutic practices and understanding human behaviorStrong skills in Counseling and Psychological Assessment to support individualized care and treatment plansKnowledge of Medicine as it relates to mental health and the ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary careExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectivelyM.Phil or PhD in Clinical PsychologyExperience working in a clinical or organizational setting is preferredAbility to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical practices in mental health care
