This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented leader who can balance strategy and execution — driving impactful campaigns, building trusted client partnerships, and managing multiple moving parts across PR, media relations, content, and reputation management. You’ll serve as both the face to the client and the internal driver — pushing teams to deliver exceptional work that earns visibility, credibility, and measurable results. The ideal candidate is a strong operator and natural problem-solver — a proactive doer who keeps teams focused, calm, and accountable under pressure.Key Responsibilities Client Leadership & Strategic CounselAct as the senior day-to-day contact for multiple clients across sectors.Translate client goals into clear PR and communication strategies that drive measurable outcomes.Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights on messaging, positioning, and reputation building.Identify opportunities for campaign amplification and new business growth. Campaign Development & ExecutionDevelop PR calendars, story angles, and campaign roadmaps aligned with each client’s goals.Lead ideation and coordination of integrated campaigns in collaboration with creative, social, and media teams.Oversee all PR materials including press releases, statements, bylines, and feature articles.Ensure outputs meet Boopin’s quality standards, brand tone, and deadline requirements.Media Relations & Thought LeadershipBuild and sustain strong media relationships across Qatar and GCC markets.Drive consistent, high-quality coverage and secure proactive media opportunities.Position clients’ leadership teams as thought leaders through interviews, opinion pieces, and panels.Oversee the development of media kits, briefing notes, and event PR management Oversee performance tracking, coverage analysis, and insights-driven recommendations.Deliver monthly and quarterly client reports with actionable learnings and strategic next steps.Ensure internal reporting and documentation standards are maintained across all accounts.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in PR, Communications, or related field.5–8 years’ experience in PR or integrated communications, ideally within an agency.Proven track record in managing multiple clients and large-scale campaigns.Experience across government, corporate, consumer, and lifestyle sectors preferred.Exceptional bilingual writing, editing, and presentation skills.Strategic mindset with strong project management discipline.Deep understanding of regional media dynamics and storytelling.Confident communicator with leadership presence and resilience under pressure.Working knowledge of PR and media analytics tools (e.g., Meltwater, Talkwalker, etc.) is a plus.Success MeasuresDelivery of impactful PR campaigns that meet or exceed KPIs.High client satisfaction and retention.Growth of media share of voice and positive sentiment.Proactive identification of new opportunities and ideas for client growth.Efficient internal coordination and flawless quality control.Consistent demonstration of strategic thinking, initiative, and ownership across all client relationships.Why Join BoopinBe part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team shaping the future of social media.Work with leading global and regional brands.Access real opportunities to grow your career within a fast-scaling agency.A dynamic work culture that values creativity, ownership, and impact.
