The role involves maintaining and evolving existing operational systems while contributing to the design of a modern, cloud-native architecture. You'll collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to ensure data integrity, automate processes, and help shape the next generation of the platform.Key Responsibilities Maintain and extend existing applications and automations written in Python, SQL, and VBA. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across data pipelines and business tools. Collaborate with teams across functions (Finance, Technology, Operations) to improve efficiency. Refactor legacy code into maintainable Python-based services. Support the migration of data and processes into cloud environments (AWS, Azure). Write clean, well-documented, and tested code following best practices.Profile / Requirements Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL. Practical knowledge of VBA in Excel (automation, debugging). Experience maintaining and improving existing systems. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, international environment.Nice to Have Experience with AWS, Azure, or modern data tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt, Spark).
