Challenge ahead: We're looking for a Senior QA leader - someone who's done more than just test automation. Someone who's led org-wide quality initiatives, defined testing strategies at scale, and knows exactly how to drive adoption across teams. Someone who gets the testing pyramid, knows what to automate (and what not to), and is confident building quality from day one.

You're able to work independently, without waiting for permission, and lead from the front. You'll coach engineers, mentor QA peers, and push CloudTalk to raise the bar on quality. You'll help us ship fewer bugs, build more trust, and reduce incidents. This role is ideal for someone who wants to own quality across the org and grow into a Head of QA role in the near future. What you will work on:

Design and lead org-wide QA strategies and processes across the full testing spectrumDrive adoption of testing best practices (shift-left, test pyramids, CI pipelines, quality metrics)Influence teams without authority and find engaging ways to ensure adoption across R&DBuild reusable testing toolkits and automation frameworks that scaleRoll up your sleeves when needed:

build and run tests, do code reviews, coach devsActively prevent bugs from reaching production and reduce incident rates across the boardPartner with engineering leaders, PMs, and EMs to set the bar for qualityMentor QA engineers and help us build a world-class QA orgWhat makes you a great fit: Proven experience driving org-wide testing strategies and scaling QA practicesStrong opinions and deep experience with automation frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, etc.
