Job SummaryThe Senior QA Engineer will own both manual and automated testing efforts to ensure the highest quality of our products before release. You’ll spend substantial time on risk evaluation, requirements tracking, and test-plan development, while also driving automation initiatives. There’s a clear career path into QA Architect, SDET, or management roles.Only applicants who include a cover letter in their application will be considered for this role.ResponsibilitiesMaintain familiarity with jurisdictional requirements and internal software standards.Create and maintain test plans and test cases.Perform manual testing to validate functionality, usability, and compliance.Drive and execute automated testing efforts.Assist with direction of automated testing strategy and framework improvements.Create and maintain internal QA documentation.Collaborate closely with development teams.Assist in Postmortems and other process improvement initiatives.Proactively identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency and effectivenessSkills/Requirements5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.Solid English communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to isolate root causes of complex issues.
