This will significantly increase your chances of success__________________________________________________________About The RoleWe are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join an international agile team within a Core Capabilities environment, focused on delivering secure and scalable solutions. The role involves defining and implementing best practices for test design and automation, collaborating closely with developers and product owners to ensure software quality across the full delivery lifecycle.This position requires a hands-on professional with strong expertise in test automation frameworks, BDD/TDD methodologies, and a continuous integration mindset.Main Responsibilities✅ Quality Assurance & Automation Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks ensuring reliability and performance. Develop functional, regression, and performance test cases aligned with project requirements. Reinforce quality-first principles within the agile squad and contribute to QA strategy improvement. Support the adoption of best practices in test design, automation, and documentation. Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth CI/CD integration and fast feedback cycles.🤝 Collaboration & Agile Practices Participate in Agile rituals (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives). Actively contribute to the QA Community, promoting testing standards and automation improvements. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve the software development and release process.Technical Skills — must appear on your CV Strong expertise in Cypress for test automation. Java frameworks: Selenium, Cucumber, and Karate. Proficiency in Gherkin language and test design techniques. Solid understanding of BDD (Behavior Driven Development) and TDD (Test Driven Development). Experience with Agile/Scrum environments. Hands-on experience with Git and Continuous Integration pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.). Knowledge of SQL for test data validation and backend testing.Nice to Have Understanding of IAM (Identity and Access Management) concepts and protocols. Familiarity with Keycloak or similar IAM frameworks. Previous experience in life insurance or banking sectors.Language Skills English: Fluent (mandatory) French: Optional but advantageousSoft Skills Proactive mindset and willingness to challenge the team constructively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
