Guided by our core values, we don’t just deliver solutions, we create meaningful impact.Job Descriptionstrong, experienced manual QA engineers with deep understanding of testing fundamentals, solid knowledge of the SDLC, domain knowledge in WFM and/or WES, strong analytical and communication skills, plus some technical literacy even if they do not specialize in automation.Testing foundationsClear grasp of software testing principles, levels, and types (functional, regression, integration, system, acceptance, exploratory, usability, smoke/sanity, etc.).Ability to design test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test cases from requirements, user stories, and use cases.Strong defect lifecycle knowledge: how to isolate issues, write high‑quality bug reports with precise repro steps, severity/priority, and collaborate on retesting and regression.SDLC, processes, and methodologiesStrong understanding of the software development lifecycle and where QA adds value at each stage (requirements reviews, design, development, release, and maintenance).Hands‑on experience working in Agile/Scrum or Kanban (participating in standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives) and aligning testing to short iterations.Familiarity with risk‑based testing, test coverage concepts, and basic metrics (defect density, test execution progress, pass/fail rates).Tools and environmentsPractical use of test management tools (e.g., Jira + plugins, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar) to organize plans, cases, runs, and reporting.Daily use of defect tracking/issue management systems and collaboration tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).Comfort testing across environments and platforms (web, mobile, different browsers/devices), including basic configuration, data setup, and cross‑browser/device checks.Technical and domain understandingAbility to read and understand requirements, API contracts, and basic technical designs, and to spot gaps, ambiguities, and edge cases.Basic technical literacy: HTTP, client–server behavior, databases and querying test data (often with SQL), logs, and using browser dev tools or similar for investigation.Good product and domain knowledge so tests reflect real user workflows, business rules, and regulatory or performance constraints when relevant.Analytical, communication, and mindsetStrong analytical and critical‑thinking skills to break complex features into testable pieces, anticipate failure points, and identify root causes with the team.Excellent written and verbal communication for clear bug reports, test documentation, and discussions with developers, PMs, and stakeholders.Quality‑ownership mindset: questioning unclear requirements, advocating for user experience, validating with data, and continuously improving test approaches and skills.Skills: testing,management,skills,jira,data,design
