You'll work across Product, Engineering, and Design to ensure every enhancement meets a high bar for functionality, reliability, and user experience.This role blends hands-on testing with opportunities to shape automation strategy and quality processes. You'll dig into edge cases, validate critical paths, and advocate for quality throughout the development cycle.If you’re a QA professional who tests like an end user, questions assumptions, and takes pride in finding what others miss - this is your place.What You’ll DoTest new features from the end-user perspective, validating functionality and usability against business goals..Lead manual and exploratory testing to uncover regressions and edge cases before they reach customersValidate RESTful APIs and backend integrations to ensure quality beyond the UI.Use Playwright and related tools to design, execute, and validate automated tests - from setup through data validation and reporting.Understand application architecture to identify dependencies and potential risks.Drive QA best practices and support release testing effortsLeverage AI-driven testing tools to expand coverage and efficiencyCommunicate issues and risks clearly with actionable insights, not just bug countsCollaborate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as part of our agile processWhat You Bring6+ years of software QA experience with enterprise SaaS solutions.A strong QA mindset - curious, detail-oriented, and driven to understand how and why things work.Technical understanding of how application stacks fit together (frontend to backend services) to identify dependencies and risks earlyExperience with Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks.Working knowledge of API testing (Postman or similar), REST, JSON, and web technologiesStrong communication skills - written and verbal - and experience collaborating in Agile, cross-functional teamsCuriosity about AI testing tools and how they can strengthen QA workflowsWhy You’ll Love Working HereA collaborative, supportive engineering culture that encourages learning and growth.Opportunity to shape how QA evolves as we scaleWork on technology that makes global retail more connected and sustainableCompetitive compensation, benefits, and remote work flexibility
