The incumbent will be primarily responsible for creating and managing test cases, conducting testing, and ensuring the overall quality and reliability of our software products. Additionally, they will play a key role in bug reporting and tracking.Job Responsibilities:Develop and maintain test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage.Execute manual testing to identify software defects and ensure optimal functionality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing software quality and testing processes.Job Specifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field; master's degree preferred.Minimum of 3 years of Dynamics 365 Finance and operationsExtensive experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, and Test Case creation.Strong background in manual testing methodologies and QA.Advanced troubleshooting and debugging skills.Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable working remotely and interacting with various stakeholders.
