This is a full-time hybrid role, offering a balance between on-site collaboration and remote flexibility.As a Senior QA Engineer, you’ll take ownership of our testing strategy, automate quality pipelines, and elevate product reliability across all releases. You’ll work hand-in-hand with developers, AI researchers, and product leads to ensure every line of code meets Cerberus’ exacting standards of excellence.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and execute manual and automated tests for web and AI-driven systems.Build and maintain comprehensive test cases, frameworks, and documentation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, report, and resolve issues early in the development cycle.Champion best practices for quality assurance, continuous testing, and AI-assisted validation.QualificationsProven experience in Software Testing, Test Execution, and Quality Assurance.Strong ability to design and execute test cases across manual and automated environments.Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Comfortable working collaboratively in a hybrid, fast-paced engineering environment.Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools or QA automation frameworks is a strong plus.ISTQB certification or equivalent credentials preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
