Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer and later Manager based in Koper, with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role you will design, oversee and execute automated testing strategies, manage test plans, and ensure high-quality software releases. The role involves collaborating with development teams, leading QA projects, and analyzing test results to identify and resolve issues. Daily tasks include setting up and maintaining testing frameworks, developing test cases, and continuously improving testing efficiency and effectiveness.If you like travel and you are also comunicative, we are happy to take you along to fairs taking place in the USA as well as Europe.QualificationsProven experience in QA and test automationProficiency in creating and managing Test Plans, developing and executing Test CasesSolid understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practicesStrong analytical mindset and attention to detailStrong communication and team collaboration abilitiesExperience with payment software testing is a plusExperience with scrum master role is a plus.
