Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer located in Khan Uul. The engineer will oversee quality control and assurance processes during construction projects, ensuring all tasks meet established standards and specifications. Daily responsibilities include carrying out inspections, conducting quality audits, managing quality documentation, and identifying areas for improvement within project workflows. Collaboration with project teams to maintain high-quality outcomes is essential. Qualifications Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Control processesExperience with Quality Auditing and Inspection techniques for construction and related fieldsStrong knowledge in Quality Management principles and practicesAttention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve quality issues effectivelyExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to lead and coordinate activities among cross-functional teamsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quality Management, or a related fieldPrevious experience in construction or real estate development is highly advantageous
