Internally, to represent customers in achieving their product quality requirements through handling customer complaints and returns and conducting system reviews. Key Responsibilities Local owner of Voice of Customers(VOC), build-up customer feedback mechanism to collect customers' voice and feedback to production sites accordinglyProject manager for quality improvement projects Assist customers in on-site audit for production site in China or Warehouse in Japan RequirementsBachelor degree, major in Chemical, Polymer Material, Quality Management is preferredAt least 5 years' experience in Quality Management in the industry of Packaging or FMCGFamiliar with Japan quality management standard system, e.g. JIS Q 9001, JIS Q 9004, GMP, HACCP etc.Deep understanding of Japanese quality system, including customer-oriented quality control (E.g.
