Senior Quality Engineer (with German)

Working with the latest software and leading-edge development tools will give youopportunity to enhance your skills and expertise in a dynamic multinational environment.Your Role And ResponsibilitiesYour Role and Responsibilities Defining test cases based on product specifications Working closely with development and business analysis teams to understand requirements Performing test cases and documenting test results Reporting identified bugs accurately in bug tracking tools like JIRA, RTC Performing analysis of defects reported by the customer or internally and verifying the desired functionality with the documentation Performing test effort estimates for new functionality to be implemented Presenting the work outcome within the team as well as to the customer Providing technical guidance to the team, participating on making decisions related to tools, technologies, and methodologies Conducting work outcome reviews and mentoring junior team members Identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the testing process and implementing improvements, leveraging Agile and DevOps principlesPreferred EducationMaster's DegreeKey RequirementsRequired technical and professional expertise At least 5 years of hands-on experience in testing Deep understanding of software testing principles Understanding and capability to perform API testing The ability to analyze problems, identify their root causes, and develop effective solutions Experience with tools like JMeter, LoadRunner for load and stress testing Knowledge of relational databases and SQL English language (B2) German language (B2)Test Tools, Test Frameworks And Test Practices Project / Test Management tools like JIRA, RTC Performance testing like: JMeter, LoadRunner API Testing – SoapUI Experience with Agile is an advantage Experience with Test Automation is an advantageSoft Skills Guiding and motivating team members Effectively communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences Working closely with cross-functional teams Sharing knowledge and expertise with junior team members, helping them grow and succeed Agility in adapting to new technologies, tools, or methodologies as neededPreferred Technical And Professional ExperienceISTQB Certificate Advanced level Cross-Browser Compatibility Testing Risk Assessment and Mitigation
