Building upon your experience, you will take the lead in originating ideas, shaping trading strategies and identifying problems that lead to new alpha. You’ll be at the forefront of executing trades, managing risk, and optimizing profitability, while cooperating with the quantitative research team.Most of our team doesn’t come from TradFi or Crypto. Our quants/traders come from STEM backgrounds (math, theoretical physics, computer science) from top universities (Berkeley, ETH, MIT), and engineers from top tech companies (Google, Facebook, Amazon). Five-year equity grants are part of the total compensation package.BonusesBonuses are awarded twice a year.
