Your focus will be on cost efficiency, commercial accuracy, and contractual compliance from tender to final account.Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQs)Lead cost planning, tender analysis, and subcontractor negotiationsAdminister and manage construction contracts (including variations and claims)Monitor and control project costs to ensure profitability and alignment with budgetsConduct risk assessments and drive value engineering initiativesManage payment applications, final accounts, and close-out proceduresLiaise with clients, Engineers, and site personnel to ensure that project goals are metDeliver clear, concise cost reports and forecastingJob Experience & Skills Required:Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction ManagementMinimum 3–5 years relevant experience in construction and/or civil engineeringProven track record of managing costs across multiple concurrent projectsProficiency in cost software (e.g. CCS Candy, BuildSmart, or equivalent)Deep understanding of JBCC, FIDIC, or similar contract typesValid driver’s license and a willingness to travel to project sites as neededNatural high achievers who take initiativeProfessionals who own their work and strive for precisionResilient team players with a solution-focused mindsetClear communicators who can hold their ground professionallyPeople who see construction not just as a job, but as a careerIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
