Job description:Position: Quantity SurveyorDepartment: Projects – Tendering & CommercialsLocation: Dubai.Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil EngineeringCertifications: Quantity Surveying Certification / ProgramExperience Requirements:Total Experience: 8 to 12 yearsUAE Experience: 4 to 6 yearsHome Country Experience: 4 to 6 yearsPreferred Qualifications & Skills:Minimum 4 years UAE experience with Principal Consultants or Main Contractors2–4 years of home country experience with Main Contractors or DevelopersMaster’s in Contracts or Procurement Management (preferred)Certifications in Procurement, Contracts Management, and Quantity SurveyingProficient in Cost X, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, AutoCADFamiliar with FIDIC contracts and conditionsAble to join within 30 days from offer confirmationKey Responsibilities:Review project drawings and designs; prepare specifications, BOQs, and quantity take-offsPrepare tender documents and issue RFPs (Request for Proposal) and RFQs (Request for Quotation)Coordinate with contractors for tender submissions and post-tender clarificationsConduct tender offer analysis and prepare comparison reports, rate analysis, and negotiation supportCoordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for tender negotiation, finalization, and contract sign-offReview and certify contractor and subcontractor commercial submissions such as payment applications and variation claimsPrepare and issue payment certificates and variation ordersLiaise with suppliers and specialist subcontractors for technical submittals, quotations, and procurement finalizationConduct commercial audits at project sites and submit observation reports to improve certification processesJob Types: Full-time, PermanentExperience:with UAE Principal Consultants/Main Contractor: 1 year (Required)Cost X, Bluebeam, Plan swift, Cad: 4 years (Required)License/Certification:Procurement or Contracts Management Certificate (Required)Knowledge on FIDIC Contracts & Condition (Required)
