Based in Dublin West, this is an Irish group with a turnover of €200m and is growing rapidly. Duties / ResponsibilitiesManage full commercial delivery of multiple projects from tender to final account.Prepare cost plans, budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.Lead subcontractor procurement and contract negotiation.Handle valuations, variations, cash flow monitoring, and final accounts.Identify and manage commercial risks across project stages.Issue contract notices, instructions, and related documentation.Ensure all commercial processes meet internal and regulatory standards.Maintain accurate project documentation and audit trails.Required Skills & ExperienceConstruction or Quantity Surveying qualification/Degree necessary7+ years experience requiredTeam player, adaptable & practical for multi site exposureExcellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skillsStrong attention to detail around contractual requirementsAbility to work well on own initiative.For more information call Christine at 01 6933 477 or apply via the link below.
