Job DescriptionWould you like to use your analytical skills in a job where financial analysis and credit risk management are the keys?Rating Lithuania team is a part of the Rating and Financial Analysis Department, consisting of about 60 employees working across several countries. You will be located in Vilnius and collaborate with colleagues in Scandinavia.You will be part of the team, which is responsible for the credit ratings of Scandinavian and Northern Irish corporate customers. This team is essential to business relationships between the bank and its corporate customers and is one of the critical parts of measuring and managing credit risk at Danske Bank.Depending on your experience, you may be offered a different seniority of the role.You will:Analyse information about individual corporate customers from different sources, such as financial statements, annual reports, internal systems, relationship managers, and external sourcesUse the information, your financial analysis skills, and different rating models to assess the credit quality and assign ratings to corporate customersDocument your findings on internal systems following Danske Bank’s requirements by preparing rating proposals based on information about the analysed corporate customerSupport and consult colleagues in their daily work regarding financial analysis and credit risk evaluation-related mattersAbout you:At least 2 years of experience working with financial/credit analysis, corporate finance, accounting, or other similar fieldsSolid knowledge of accounting concepts and fundamental financial analysisHigher education in accounting, finance, economics, or similarAnalytical thinking and systematic approachA high sense of responsibility, motivation, and commitment to deliver high quality on timeAbility to communicate complex information effectivelyKnowledge of any Scandinavian language (would be considered beneficial)Advanced English skills You will also get a language allowance, which depends on your language knowledge level.We offer:Monthly salary range applies only if you work in Lithuania from 3280 EUR to 4920 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).Additionally, each Danske Bank employee receives employee benefits package which includes: Growth opportunities: professional & supportive team, e-learnings, numerous development programs; (incl. professional certificates); 100+ professions for internal mobility opportunities.Health & Well-being: a diverse, inclusive, work & life balance work environment; additional health insurance; mental well-being practices; partial psychologist counselling compensation; silence and sleep zones at the office; game rooms.Hybrid working conditions: Work from home up to two days a week; home office budget (after the probation period); modern Danske Campus workplace developed with anthropologist for the best employee experience.Additional days of leave: for rest, health, volunteering, exams in higher education institutions, and other important activities.
