In this role, you’ll partner closely with senior leaders to attract and hire top-tier talent across investment banking, commercial banking, and wealth management verticals.This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, relationship-driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.Job Title: Senior Recruiter – Banking & Wealth ManagementLocation: New York, NY (Hybrid)Duration: 06 Months (Possible Extension/Conversion)ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process — from intake to offer — for banking and wealth management roles.Partner with hiring managers to build sourcing strategies, define hiring needs, and drive recruiting best practices.Source, screen, and interview candidates while ensuring a strong candidate experience.Provide consultative guidance on talent strategy, market insights, and compensation trends.Partner with HR and business stakeholders to manage diversity and referral hiring initiatives.Oversee offer negotiations and ensure compliance with all hiring policies and procedures.Represent the company at external networking and recruiting events.Qualifications6–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within large financial institutions.Proven success hiring Investment Bankers, Wealth Advisors, and Corporate Banking professionals.Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.Proficiency in Workday and social media sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
