The ideal candidate has successfully recruited craft, functional, and technical skillsets across the construction services industry.ResponsibilitiesTalent AcquisitionPartner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies.Lead efforts to source, screen, and assess candidates for qualifications and suitability.Primary focus on recruiting within the Electrical, Construction, and Industrial fields.Support hiring needs across the company.Job Postings and Recruitment MarketingMaintain accurate and timely data in the ATS.Craft compelling job descriptions tailored to industry-specific needs.Post job openings across relevant platforms, including job boards, social media, and industry-specific sites.Develop and implement recruitment campaigns to attract high-quality candidates.Candidate Relationship ManagementMaintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.Communicate timely feedback to candidates, keeping them engaged and informed.Interview and Hiring Process CoordinationSchedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.Provide interview support, including preparation of materials and candidate evaluations.Employer Branding and NetworkingContribute to enhancing Loenbro’s employer brand to position the company as an employer of choice.Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry functions.Onboarding SupportPartner with HR and hiring managers to ensure seamless onboarding experiences.Facilitate new employee orientation and provide support during the integration process.Qualifications7+ years of experience in full-lifecycle recruitment, preferably in the Construction industry.Proven success recruiting high-volume craft and technical talent.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.Experience successfully delivering in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.Nice to Have: Bilingual (English and Spanish).BenefitsLoenbro offers a competitive salary, benefits package and rewards to those who join our team.Health Insurance – Up to 80% of the employee portion paid after 60 days waiting period.Health Savings Account (HSA) optional enrollment.Paid Time Off (PTO) after waiting period.401k eligible after 90 days of employment.Employee paid Dental, Vision and Life Insurance.Other benefits include, but not limited to, an EAP, Telemedicine, and a 24/7 Nurse line.We Are “Leading The Change” In The Energy Services Industry.
