Position Overview: You're not just a recruiter — you're the quality gatekeeper. As the Senior Recruiter, you're responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across all business units, while ensuring the integrity of every CV and profile that’s passed through. You'll be the one verifying candidate truth, managing hiring governance, and closing mid- to senior-level positions independently. Key Responsibilities: Handle sourcing, screening, and shortlisting of candidates for roles in real estate, finance, and sustainability units. Work directly with hiring managers to understand role expectations and deliver quality profiles fast. Rigorously verify each candidate’s background — work history, education, gaps, and claims. Conduct initial interviews and prepare detailed candidate evaluation notes. Ensure all recruitment steps (screening, reference checks, document collection) follow proper governance. Escalate any inconsistencies, red flags, or ethical concerns about candidates to the HRBP. Keep detailed candidate records and tracking reports up to date. Train and support the junior recruiter on sourcing techniques and candidate management. Help with recruitment marketing when needed (LinkedIn campaigns, careers page updates, etc.). What You Need 3–5 years of recruitment experience in Dubai. Strong ability to assess candidate truthfulness and detect red flags during screening. Good knowledge of Blockchain, real estate, finance, sustainability or tech-related roles is a bonus.
