Job Title: AI Recruiter (AI Recruitment) About The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruiter with deep experience in digital, technology, and AI recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role requires an individual who can operate with senior stakeholders, understand complex technical and strategic hiring needs, and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle with excellence.They will act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, building robust talent pipelines for our digital and AI function while ensuring a seamless candidate experience and strong data-driven reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the entire recruitment process from role briefing, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with Heads of Departments, senior leaders, and hiring managers to understand workforce plans and hiring priorities.Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through strategic sourcing techniques — including networking, direct headhunting, social media, and specialized AI/digital platforms.Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, provide insights on talent acquisition performance, and deliver regular dashboards/reports to management.Employer Branding: Support initiatives to enhance the organization’s visibility and reputation as an employer of choice within the digital and AI talent community.Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, ensuring a high-quality and efficient hiring experience for candidates and stakeholders.Required Skills & Experience10–12 years of experience in recruitment, with strong exposure to digital, technology, and AI roles (either in-house or agency).Proven success in managing senior-level stakeholder relationships and advising business leaders on talent strategy.Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.Solid understanding of digital and AI technologies, roles, and skills (e.g., Data Science, Machine Learning, Product, Engineering, UX/UI, etc.).Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in recruitment systems (ATS, CRM, Excel, Power BI, or similar).Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining quality.Familiarity with AI-driven recruitment tools and data-driven sourcing techniques.
