Senior Regional Marketing Manager - Medical Device Industry

We are seeking an experienced Senior Regional Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic and clinical marketing initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. This role will work closely with Sales, Market Development, Scientific Affairs, Product Management, and Corporate Marketing teams to strengthen market leadership and accelerate business growth through actionable, data-driven marketing strategies.The ideal candidate is hands-on, thrives in a lean team environment, and brings strong expertise in regional marketing within the healthcare, diagnostics, or medical device industry.Key Responsibilities:Drive regional marketing strategies aligned with long-term disease state management and clinical practice guidelines.Lead regional marketing campaigns, product positioning, and value-based messaging across the portfolio.Develop and strengthen KOL (Key Opinion Leader) networks, reference sites, and customer engagement programs to support market expansion.Gather and analyze market intelligence, competitor insights, and pricing data to refine go-to-market strategies.Deliver compelling marketing tools, collaterals, case studies, and customer success stories to enhance commercial impact.Execute regional events, exhibitions, and congresses (both physical and hybrid) to drive brand presence and engagement.Conduct training programs and workshops to equip sales teams with strong disease state knowledge and competitive positioning.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, or related field.At least 8–12 years of regional marketing experience, preferably from medical device, diagnostics, or healthcare industry.Proven track record in KOL engagement, competitor intelligence, and market development.Strong strategic planning, analytical, and cross-functional leadership skills.Hands-on execution mindset with the ability to manage multiple regional initiatives.Interested applicants for the above advertised position(s), please click APPLY and kindly email an updated copy of your resume to: gs1@talenttradersg.com;EA License No.: 13C6305Registration No.: R1985956 (VIVIEN TAN)For candidate who applied for the advertised position is deemed to have consented to us that we may collect, use or disclose your personal information for purpose in connection with the services provided by us.
