Senior Registrar - Family Medicine

Job DescriptionFamily Medicine Senior Registrar will provide comprehensive primary healthcare physically and through telemedicine to individuals and families of all ages, encompassing preventive, acute, and chronic care. Will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions, promoting health education and preventive measures, and coordinating care with specialists and other healthcare professionals. Additionally, will be responsible for practicing population health management and value-based care, focusing on improving patient outcomes through efficient and effective healthcare delivery through specific care programs and clinical pathways, with an emphasis on delivering patient-centered care and optimizing health outcomes.Patient Consultations and ManagementConduct comprehensive telehealth consultations and in-person consultations via thorough patient history and physical examinations with patients experiencing Family Medicine and general medicine complaintsProvide healthcare to all family medicine target population across age and genderProvide chronic diseases and preventive care consultations and follow up to patients as per clinical guidelinesUtilize video conferencing platforms to assess patient symptoms, review medical history, and perform virtual examinations.
