We are committed to provide our customers innovative and customized products and are looking for personalities, who continuously raise banking to a new level.Job Location: DenizBank AG Headquarters in Vienna, Austria.Your tasks:Acquire new clients in the high-income segment and deepen relationships with existing onesEnsure compliance with legal requirements for providing investment advisory and portfolio management services, and contribute to strengthening related practices,Understand clients’ needs, objectives, and goals, build trust, and manage relationships effectively,Collaborate across disciplines such as Priority Banking, Wealth Management, Treasury, and Investment Services to enhance client experience by leveraging internal expertise.What you bring to the table:Minimum 10 years of experience in Priority Banking, with proven managerial background,Direct Priority Banking experience in Turkey is highly valued,Established network and proven ability to maintain and further develop long-term client relationships,Solid expertise in fund management, investment funds, equities, international market products, leveraged and derivative instruments (futures, OTC derivatives, bonds, treasury products), with strong knowledge of domestic and international market trends,Proven track record in delivering fund management and investment advisory services,Experience in business development and new client acquisition,Result-oriented, detail-conscious, and motivated to exceed business goals,Strong analytical and financial acumen,Skilled in research, client profiling, overcoming objections, negotiation, and team-based sales approaches,Excellent relationship management and team-building skills,Strong written and verbal communication abilities,Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-changing environment, including regulatory developments,University degree or higher; advanced Capital Markets licenses (including derivatives) required,Fluent in English; Turkish is a strong asset,Willingness to travel.What you can expect from us:Deep insights into the structure and processes of the banking business, with the ability to actively improve themCollaborative work environment that encourages innovation and teamworkOpportunities for career growth and personal developmentFlexible working hoursAdditional benefits: free canteen/lunch vouchers, home office, events, pension fund etc.Minimum gross wage in accordance with the collective agreement: EUR 3.724,82 /month with willingness to overpay.
