Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our team at Banque Cramer serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI) and high-net-worth individuals (HNWI). This is a unique opportunity for an individual with an established book of clients to lead and manage client relationships, providing tailored investment strategies, wealth management services, and holistic financial solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with UHNWI/HNWI clients and possess a deep understanding of their complex financial needs.Key Responsibilities:● Acquire new UHNWI/HNWI clients by leveraging an existing network and introducing the firm’s services (Asset Management, Investment Advisory, Family Office Services) to potential clients.● Manage and enhance the profitability of the client book.● Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and ensure successful conversion to active clients.● Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their goals, risk tolerance, and wealth management needs.● In collaboration with the support team oversee the onboarding process of new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and integration of their financial needs into the firm’s offerings.● Work closely with the investment team to craft bespoke solutions and monitor portfolio performance.● Advise clients on a wide range of wealth management topics, including tax planning, trust and estate structuring, philanthropy, and succession planning.● In collaboration with support team tracking and processing all Client-related requests (Audit, AML, Compliance, KYC reviews, Corporate actions etc.)● Work towards clearly defined annual targets with the ability to produce results and ensure continual business development● Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Requirements /Qualifications:● Experience in wealth management, private banking, or a related field, with a strong focus on servicing UHNWI/HNWI clients is a must.● A proven track record in client relationship management, with an established client book that can be transferred and ideally expanded.● Experience in acquiring new clients and onboarding them effectively.● Ability to navigate complex regulatory and compliance environments.● Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, tax planning, estate planning, and wealth preservation strategies.● Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.● Ability to build long-term, trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.● Highly driven, results-oriented, with a strong client-centric mindset.● Fluent in English.
