Senior Relationship Manager – External Asset Manager (EAM)Location: Zurich (flexibel within Switzerland)A heavily growing and established External Asset Manager based in Switzerland is seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to drive client acquisition and advisory across multiple markets. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and independent wealth management firm that offers tailored investment solutions and a client-centric approach.Key Responsibilities:Leverage your existing network to acquire and manage relationships with High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) individuals across Swiss and/or international markets.Provide bespoke investment advice and portfolio solutions aligned with client objectives and the EAM’s independent model.Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring long-term relationship development and satisfaction.Collaborate with internal investment specialists and external custodians to deliver optimal strategies.Skills and Qualifications:Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in wealth management, with a proven track record advising (U)HNW clients in Swiss or international markets.Strong ability to acquire and retain clients through personal networks and referrals.Solid understanding of global financial markets, investment products, and regulatory environments.Experience in portfolio management and investment advisory is a strong asset.Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently within a flexible EAM structure.Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend relevant industry events.
