Senior Relationship Manager – Real Estate DevelopmentLocation: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesCompensation: Attractive Fixed Salary + CommissionOur client, a growing real estate developer with five new projects launching this year, is seeking to hire Relationship Managers (both Senior and Junior RMs) to join their team in Dubai.The role involves representing the developer in the Dubai real estate market, building broker and client networks, achieving sales targets, and closing deals for exclusive off-plan projects.Responsibilities:Source and manage relationships with brokers and direct clientsMeet and exceed sales targets and KPIsAdvise clients on suitable project options and investment opportunitiesEnsure customer satisfaction through clear communication and negotiationStay updated on market trends, regulations, and financing optionsAttend property events and collaborate with internal teamsRequirements:Based in the UAEMinimum 2 years of real estate sales experience (developer background preferred)Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate marketExperience in off-plan sales in areas like Dubai Land Residential Complex (DLRC) or Dubai South is an advantageStrong communication and interpersonal skillsValid UAE driving licenseFluent in English; other languages such as Hindi, Arabic, Russian, or Chinese are a plusThe client offers a competitive salary and an attractive commission structure.
