Who We AreWe are SitCo Partners, an Executive Search firm mandated to recruit a Senior Relationship Manager / Team Head - Private Banking for Zurich, on behalf of a prestigious private bank.Our MissionOur client’s goal is to onboard a Senior Relationship Manager or Team Head, either individually or with a team, to further strengthen their growth strategy in the Swiss and European market.Key Aspects of the RoleYou will have completed a minimum of 12 years experience in a private bank in Switzerland as a position of Senior Relationship Manager or Team Head managing your proper book of clients.The ideal candidate will be expected to present a strategic development plan based on 3 key pillars (mandatory):A portion of their existing client base to be potentially transferred,Identified prospects ready to be onboarded into a new private bank,Future business development opportunities over 3 years.Please note: this role does not come with an inherited book of clients. Instead, the candidate will have the full support of management, a comprehensive range of products and services, and dedicated teams to ensure the successful onboarding and growth of their client base.This is an entrepreneurial position, ideal for a seasoned professional who has built their own book of clients over time and is ready to take it to the next level within a dynamic financial institution offering full freedom to implement their business plan.You will be the driving force behind your success, with full autonomy to execute your strategy.
