Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Giza for a Senior Relationship Officer. Responsibilities include managing and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving customer satisfaction. The Senior Relationship Officer will act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Additional tasks may include coordination with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and fostering long-term partnerships to support business growth. Qualifications Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and FinanceStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsExperience in Sales with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targetsAnalytical thinking, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related fieldPrior experience in a similar client-focused role is advantageousFluency in English and Arabic is a plus
